  Carrs used to have a great health/organic section but with the store move/re-design, it no longer exists and items are instead spread throughout this huge store (the store is VERY long). As a person with severe food intolerances, I find it difficult to find gluten-free food and the items they do have are usually priced much higher than Fred Meyer - this is particularly so with organic food stuffs. The produce quality itself is usually good but because of the difficulty finding items and the lack of organic selection I end up doing most of my shopping at Fred's.
